Method steps
1. Soak the noodles in water for later use, put the duck blood in a pot and boil for 3 minutes, then remove and cool;

3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add green onion, ginger, star anise, chili pepper, bay leaf, cinnamon and tangerine peel;

Method steps
