Spicy tofu sticks

Methods
1. Cut the tofu in half and cut it into even thickness tofu slices, about 5mm is fine, too thin will break easily, too thick will not absorb the flavor;
2. Heat a small amount of oil in a pot, put the tofu in and cook over low heat, fry one side golden brown, turn over and fry both sides golden brown, then remove from the pot;
3. Fry all the tofu slices until golden brown, the fried tofu has a chewy texture, which is more delicious and doesn't easily disperse when cooked;
4. Clean the pot, evenly arrange the fried tofu sticks in the pot, add soy sauce, dark soy sauce,chili sauce﹑white sugar, wine, salt, white pepper;
5. Add green onions, ginger, garlic, bay leaf, chili, star anise and pour in an appropriate amount of water, just enough to cover the surface of the tofu sticks, stir the soup evenly with a spoon;
6. Boil over high heat, add the soaked soybeans, reduce the heat and continue to cook;
7. About 15 minutes, the soybeans and tofu are fully seasoned;
8. After boiling, stir-fry with high heat to thicken, when stirring, keep it moving to prevent sticking.
Tomato tofu sticks

Ingredients
200g of tofu sticks, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of sugar,Tomato sauceas needed, green onion as needed, fresh bamboo shoots as needed.
Methods
1. Wash the tofu sticks, cut into rhombus shape, put inflat panto fry;

Tofu stick with cilantro

Ingredients
Tofu sticks, cilantro, soy sauce, white sugar,vinegar, ginger, fragrant oil, spicy fermented bean curd.
Methods
1. Pick and wash the cilantro, rinse with cold water, dry and cut into segments;
2. Cut the tofu sticks into sticks, ready to use;
3. Boil water, when the water boils, blanch the tofu sticks, then drain;

Tips
Tofu sticks do not need to be blanched, or use the method of being fried, which is more crispy.
Pork bellyDried bean curd

Ingredients
Tofu sticks, pork belly, bell peppers, ginger, oil, dried chili, wine.
Methods
1. Cut the tofu sticks into strips, cut the pork belly into slices, cut the bell peppers diagonally;
2. Heat oil in a pot, sauté ginger and dried chili to release fragrance;
3. Add the pork belly, stir-fry;
4. Add the tofu sticks and stir-fry;
5. Add a little wine and stir-fry, then add a little water and stir-fry;
6. Add bell peppers, stir-fry to make it crispy;
Cola tofu sticks

Ingredients
Tofu sticks, cola, cilantro, green onion, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, wine, salt.
Methods
1. Cut the tofu sticks into cubes, chop the cilantro, slice the green onion;
2. Heat a small amount of oil in a pot, add the tofu sticks and fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes, then reduce the heat;
3. Fry one side golden brown, then turn over and fry until the tofu sticks are puffed up and the surface is golden brown;
4. Leave the bottom of the pot, sauté green onion, add the fried tofu sticks;
5. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, wine and cola;
6. Add salt, cover the pot and boil over high heat, then continue to cook for 5-6 minutes, reduce the heat and cook;
