西兰花烧双菇的做法
食材准备
西兰花250克,鲜草菇100克,水发香菇6朵,胡萝卜30克,蚝油、白砂糖各15克,食盐、鸡精各少许,湿淀粉10克,植物油适量。
方法步骤
1.西兰花泡洗干净,切成小朵;鲜草菇洗净切片;水发香菇洗净,去蒂切片:胡萝卜洗净,切成丁。
2.将西兰花、鲜草菇片,胡萝卜丁依次放入沸水中焯下,马上捞出过凉后沥干。
3.炒锅中放入植物油烧热,下入西兰花、鲜草菇片、水发香菇片、胡萝卜丁炒匀,加入蚝油用小火煨5分钟,调入食盐、鸡精、白砂糖,用湿淀粉勾薄芡,炒匀即可。
