Ingredients:

Method:

Japanese Tofu Recipe: Braised Japanese Tofu

Ingredients:
8 pieces of Japanese tofu, a little oil, a little salt, bell peppers,carrotsa little, dark soy sauce,light soy sauce,,MSG,cornstarch, a little scallion.
Method:
1. Remove the Japanese tofu and cut into thick slices;carrotsand bell peppers, cut into slices;
2. After cutting the tofu, mix with cornstarch, then fry slowly in a hot oil, and then fry again;
3. Sauté scallions, bell peppers, and carrots in oil, add a little water, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce;
4. Continue adding MSG, stir well, and add the fried tofu, and thicken with cornstarch.
Tips:
The temperature of the tofu before frying should be high, and use medium heat after frying.
Japanese Tofu Recipe: JapaneseTofu Soup

Ingredients:
Pork liver200g, 120g Japanese tofu,spinach50g, a little oil and salt, 10g scallions,ginger2g,chicken powder1g, sesame oil 1g, 2g rice wine.
Method:
1. Wash the pork liver, soak in diluted salt water, then blanch in hot water with rice wine to removefoam;2. Cut the blanched pork liver into slices, cut the tofu into chunks, chop scallions and ginger, and wash the spinach;
3. Add a little water to the pot, add ginger, and bring to a boil;
4. Then add the Japanese tofu and spinach, boil, add chicken powder for seasoning;5. Finally addcilantro

Tips:The pork liver must be cleaned thoroughly to remove fishy smell, and pork liver should not be cooked for too long, as it becomes tough when overcooked.Once the oil is hot, add the scallion oil.
