菠萝排骨的做法3
食材准备
猪排骨450克,菠萝100克,鸡蛋1个,湿淀粉50克,面粉25克,番茄酱30克,白糖20克,精盐1克,植物油800克。
方法步骤
1.菠萝切成片。猪排骨剁成段,下沸水锅中汆透捞出,入味。
2.番茄酱、白糖、水20克、湿淀粉10克对成料汁。另将余下的湿淀粉和鸡蛋、面粉调成糊,排骨挂匀糊,逐块下入烧至五成热的油中炸至脆硬捞出。
3.锅内留底油15克烧热,下入菠萝片,倒入对好的番茄汁烧开,下入排骨块翻匀,出锅装盘即成。
排骨块要用小火炸制,以免排骨肉外煳内生。
