Method
1. Wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp claws and whiskers, and remove the vein.
2. Mix in a small amount of ginger, green onion, salt, and (rice wine) and marinate for a while.
3. In a bowl, mix 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Add an appropriate amount of cornstarch.
4. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the marinated shrimp and sauté until golden brown on both sides.

Tips
