腊肠怎么做:腊肠炒饭
食材准备
冷米饭185克,蛋液10克,腊肠85克,葱花少许。盐2克,鸡粉少许,食用油适量。
方法步骤
1.将蛋液装碗,加盐调匀。
2.锅中注入清水烧开,放入腊肠,汆去多余的盐分,捞出,沥干水分,放凉后切成小块。
3.用油起锅,倒入调好的蛋液,炒匀关火,盛出备用。
4.另起油锅烧热,倒入腊肠,炒出香味,放入冷米饭炒散,倒入鸡蛋炒匀,加盐、鸡粉,撒上葱花炒匀,关火后盛出即可。
