Main ingredient freshPork liver (300 grams)Celery (1 piece)Seasonings: Sesame oil (2 teaspoons), Soy sauce (2 tablespoons), Garlic (1 tablespoon),Vinegar (1 tablespoon), (2 tablespoons), Salt (1 teaspoon) Small redchili peppers (2 pieces)Equipment needed none1 Clean the pork liver, slice it thinly.2 Put it in a pot of boiling water with and salt to cook until done.3 Remove from heat, drain the water, and set aside.4 Wash and cut the celery into segments; blanch them in boiling water until slightly tender, then cool down and drain.

5 Mix the celery and pork liver with soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, a little salt, garlic, and diced red chili peppers.
Put it in a pot of boiling water, add cooking wine and salt, cook until done.
Remove and drain the moisture to reserve.
Wash the vegetables, cut into pieces, blanch in boiling water until cooked through, then cool and drain.
Mix the celery with pig liver, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, a little salt, garlic, and red pepper grains.
