How to make:
One: Cleaning the crab claws, to make delicious, it's best to let the crab claws soak in alcohol for a long time. This is not only for flavoring but also because crab claws may contain many bacteria which can be killed by soaking them in alcohol for a longer period.This helps prevent diarrhea from eating too much.
Two: Use wine instead of garlic cloves and chicken broth (chicken broth can be omitted if there isn't any). Mix all with oil to make a marinade. Place soy sauce, scallion ginger paste, white sesame seeds, and scallions in a pot and simmer for about 3 minutes to create the seasoning. Soak the marinated crab claws and place them in the refrigerator or a cool, dry place for approximately one day.(Note: Make sure the bottle is sealed tightly; otherwise, the alcohol flavor will escape.
Three: Before eating, add some sugar to enhance the taste.
