Sweet and Sour Sole Fillets: 1 piece of sole fillet, 1/2 egg white, 1 gram salt, 1 spoon rice wine (optional), 2 big spoons Thai sweet chili sauce,sugar(optional) 1/2 teaspoon,cornstarch 3 teaspoons,roasted sesame seeds(optional),lemon juice (optional) 1 spoon
The method for making Sweet and Sour Sole Fillets:
1. Wash the sole fillet, slice it diagonally into thin pieces, mix with salt, rice wine, and egg white, marinate for 10 minutes;then add dry cornstarch and 1 spoon of water, mix evenly to form a film;
2. Heat oil in a wok until six-tenths hot, fry the sole fillet pieces one by one until they are set, remove them, then increase the heat to re-fry all the fish slices for 1 minute and remove, pat dry with kitchen paper;
3. Drain the oil from the wok, add sweet chili sauce + sugar + 1 big spoonlemon juice or water,boil until the sweet and sour sauce thickens, pour a little clarified oil, add fried sole fillets, stir-fry to coat with the sauce, serve in a dish sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds.How to make it delicious
