How to make stir-fried cucumber ribbons with meat shreds:
1. Wash and peel the cucumbers, then slice them into ribbons; wash and slice the green peppers, scallions, and ginger for later use,

2. Slice lean pork into shreds and place in a bowl, add dark soy sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, salt, cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for about 5 minutes.
3. Heat a wok with oil over high heat, then add the marinated meat shreds and quickly stir-fry until they turn color, then remove from the pan.

4.
