Secret sauceTofumixture: old tofu/firm tofu200g,corn50g,peas30g,Onion80g,tomato sauce5 teaspoons, cornstarch, vegetable oil, salt 1/8 teaspoon,sugar1 teaspoon
Preparation of Secret Sauce Tofu:
1. Cut the old tofu into small pieces and soak in brine for a while to remove the fishy smell; cut the corn into grains, chop the onions, wash the peas, and set aside.
2. Heat the pot with oil, then stir-fry the onions until fragrant; add the peas and corn grains and stir-fry for about 30 seconds on low heat. Add tomato sauce and sugar, stir well, then add water, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to medium heat and continue cooking for another 4 minutes before setting aside.



3. Drain the old tofu, coat both sides with cornstarch.
4. Heat the pot with oil, add the old tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides; pour in the prepared sauce, stir-fry evenly, then cook over medium heat to reduce the sauce before serving.
