Makes:1. Blanch the shiitake mushroom slices, red radish slices, celery segments, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoot slices in boiling water over high heat until cooked, then remove and drain, mix with garlic and all seasonings to prepare.
2. Open out the tofu skin, lay it flat on the table, place the ingredients from step 1 in the middle, roll up into a 15 cm x 6 cm x 1 cm rectangular shape, set aside.
3. Heat a non-stick pan,Place
the rolled tofu skin inside, fry over medium heat until the outer layer is golden and crispy, then remove and cut into slices to be arranged on a plate for serving, garnish with ginger.Here ends
