How to make stir-fried cauliflower with sea cucumbers?

   Stir-fried Organic Cauliflower and Sea Jelly HeadPreparation:
1. Green and redhot pepperscleaned and cut into small pieces;cauliflower root removed, cut into small pieces, washed and dried.
2. In a bowl, pour 30g of water, add sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, and water starch, mix evenly to prepare the sauce for later use.

3. In a pot, pour water, add an appropriate amount of sugar and monosodium glutamate, then add salad oil, bring to a boil, add the cut cauliflower, blanch for 20 seconds until just cooked, then remove and drain.

  

  

  

 

4. In another pot, pour water, heat to 80°C, add cleaned sea jelly heads, blanch for 10 seconds, then remove.

5. Place the blanched sea jelly heads on a clean towel, squeeze out the excess moisture, then set aside.

6.
