Stir-fried Tomato and CabbageBok ChoyThe ingredients are:Tomatoes, Bok choy, pepper, salt, monosodium glutamate (MSG)
Stir-fried Tomato and Bok Choy method:1. Only clean the white part of half a head of bok choy.
2. Clean the bok choy and cut it into slices diagonally.
3. Blanch tomatoes in hot water until the skin splits, then peel and slice them.
