1. Rinse the rice and soak for more than 1 hour,Rinse radishesand cut into small pieces,Cannedcorn, sliced shiitake mushrooms, ham,

2. Add a bit of salad oil to the soaked rice, then add shiitake mushroom pieces, water, and start cooking. Once it boils, add radish and corn pieces, stir while cooking in one direction for about 20 minutes. Just before it's almost done, add ham bits. Once it comes back to a boil again, sprinkle with green onions, and finally season with salt.
