1.Wash adzuki beans and soak for two hours; peel poria into fingernail-sized pieces and soak for two hours; wash lotus seeds.
2.Place soaked adzuki beans and poria in a sandpot or electric cooker, add water to seven-eighth full and cook until well done.
3.Add lotus seeds, cook until fully cooked, then add sugar.
