Steps to make Rock Sugar Citrus:
Prepare large rock sugar and citrus fruits.

Wash the glass jar, place it in a pot with cold water for sterilization. Boil the water for five minutes. If the water cannot fully cover the bottle, use chopsticks to flip it over midway.

Remove from heat, dry thoroughly. Be careful of scalding.

Peel and remove the white pith from the citrus fruits.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot (depending on the size of the citrus and bottle). Add three tablespoons of rock sugar.
