Red Braised Mushroom Rib Glutinous RicePreparation steps:1. Prepare in advance: soak the ribs in clear water for about an hour to remove blood and reduce fishy smell.

2. Soak the glutinous rice in water for 4 hours first.3. Prepare ingredients: soft shiitake mushrooms, cut into small pieces; red radish cut into chunks; rib meat cut into small pieces; corn kernels; ginger strips; and chopped green onions.4. Sauté the ribs until they are slightly cooked, then add a bit of rice wine.

5. Add one mushroom and stir-fry to bring out its flavor.

6. Add red radish chunks and corn kernels, stir-fry together, then season with salt, chicken essence, and soysauce.7. Drain the soaked glutinous rice and pour it into an electric rice cooker.8. Transfer the stir-fried ingredients into the rice cooker.

9. Add a small bowl of water (a little less than usual).

10. Cook in the rice cooker for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onions and mix well.

11. Sauté some green vegetables as an accompaniment; both look good and are nutritious.

12. The taste is very delicious.

Pour the cooked ingredients into the electric rice cooker.

Add a small bowl of water (a little less than usual).
