On hot days, one craves something cold. But most ice creams and snow cones sold outsidehave additives, and even worse, manymilk-basedsnow cones do not contain milk at all,but are made with a mixture containing large amounts of trans fatty acids.Flavors like strawberryand chocolateare also just artificial essences added to the ice cream.Today, I'm making homemade yogurt and dragon fruit snow cones. The process is simple, satisfying, and most importantly, safe to eat!Main ingredients:300 grams of plain yogurtand one red dragon fruit.Side ingredients:a little maple syrupand some sugar.#ASCOULRQuarterlyAward# Dragon Fruit Yogurt Snow Cone Recipe
Step 1: Remove the skin from the red dragon fruit.
Step 2: Place it in a blender and blend to make pulp. Step 3: This is the blended dragon fruit pulp.
Step 4: Add an appropriate amount of sugar to the pulp and stir until melted, about 80 grams.
Step 5: Use about 300 grams of homemade plain yogurt. Step 6: Secure the ice cream mold properly.
Step 7: These are the prepared ingredients:
homemade plain yogurt, dragon fruit pulp, and maple syrup.

Step 8: Take an appropriate amount of yogurt and mix it with the pulp.

Step 9: Mix well and taste; you can add a little maple syrup or honey if needed.

Step 10: I made two colors, dark and light, by adjusting the amount of pulp used for color depth.

Step 11: For a gradient effect, freeze a small portion of plain yogurt first,

then when it's frozen, add the lighter yogurt mixture and let it freeze again before adding the darker one last.

Step 12: Pour the two dragon fruit yogurt mixtures into the ice cream molds separately.Step 13: Freeze for an hour, then insert the ice cream sticks and return to the freezer overnight.Step 14: Dip in cold water briefly to demold.

Tips:

Adjust the fruit according to personal preference, and you can also cut it into slices or pieces directly.

I made two shades of color, adjusting the depth by varying the amount of fruit puree.

11. I also made a gradient version, first pouring a small amount of plain yogurt to freeze, then adding the light-colored yogurt mixture when it is firm, and finally adding the dark-colored yogurt mixture after it freezes solid again.

12. Pour the two shades of dragonfruit yogurt mixtures into the ice cream molds separately.

13. Freeze for 1 hour, insert the ice pop sticks, and then refrigerate overnight to freeze thoroughly.

14. Rinse with cold water to remove from the mold.

Cooking Tip
Adjust the fruit types based on personal preference; you can also slice or dice the fruits and directly add them to the mixture.
