Jumping fish 5 pieces

How to make clear stewed jumping fish

1. Rinse the purchased jumping fish with clean water

2. Mix a little salt and let it sit briefly

3. Wash the jumping fish again with clean water

4. Heat the pan and add oil, then put in the jumping fish to fry

5. Fry until slightly charred on the surface, remove and set aside

6. Slice the ginger, dice the onion, cut the spring onion into segments, and chop the cilantro

7. Heat the pan and add oil, then stir-fry the ginger and onion until fragrant

8. Add the spring onion pieces and stir evenly

9. Put in the jumping fish

10. Add an appropriate amount of water

11. Add a little rice wine, MSG sauce, chicken powder, and salt, simmer for 25 minutes on low heat

12. Finally add black pepper and chopped cilantro, mix well before serving
