Steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients, mango, home-made yogurt, mild cream, and fine sugar.
2. Cut the mango into small pieces using a cross-cut method.
3. Blend half of the mango with yogurt to a very smooth puree in a blender. The remaining half of the mango is blended separately to make fruit puree.
4. Take the cold cream out from the refrigerator and beat it until it becomes thick, but don't whip it too much.
5. Combine the previously made smooth yogurt-mango mixture with the mango puree into the beaten cream.
6. Mix well using a hand mixer.

My Cuisinart model requires a 24-hour freeze for the first use, not exceeding 48 hours; reduce the freezing time for subsequent uses as per the manual's instructions.3. If you don't have an ice cream machine, you can still make it by stirring every half hour in the freezer.
It is highly recommended to buy an ice cream machine for a smoother result.The properly made ice cream, if you prefer a firmer texture, can be frozen for one hour before serving. Scoop out and serve in disposable containers.
