Dry Pot Rabbit

Ingredients

Half a rabbit

Appropriate oil

Appropriate salt

Appropriate cooking wine

  Doubanjiang sauceSauce1 tablespoon

Stir-fried rabbit with dry chili steps

1.Rabbit meatWash thoroughly

2. Cut into small pieces

3. Marinate with black pepper powder and cooking wine for 30 minutes

4. Boil water in a pot, blanch the rabbit meat

5. Remove from heat and drain the water, set aside to dry

6. Cut red peppersOnionGarlicGingerCut onion slices, green pepper rings, coriander washed into 2 sections, celery cut into pieces

7. Slice Chinese bamboo shoots and potatoes, wash dry chili peppers

8. Heat oil in a pot to near boiling point, deep-fry the rabbit meat until slightly golden

9. Remove from heat and drain excess oil, set aside for later use

10. Leave some oil in the pot, sauté scallions, ginger, garlic, dry chili peppers, and Doubanjiang sauce

11. Add water orBroth

12. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes

13. Add Chinese bamboo shoots andPotato slices

14. Bring to a boil, add green and red peppers and garlic slices

15. Add celery and scallion leaves

16. Stir evenly

17. Add salt and chicken essenceSoy sauce

18. Stir evenly, turn off the heat

19. Serve, garnish with coriander

Tips

Rabbit meat can be skipped from boiling but must be soaked in water to removeblood, making it more tenderwater
