做法
配料:去壳豌豆250G糯米500G腊味150G。制作方法:胡萝卜、虾米、香菇、香葱、芫西、盐、油等调味品适量,豌豆飞水去豆腥,捞出待用。腊味(腊肠、腊肉等)、胡萝卜、虾米、香菇切碎,下油锅炒香味调味,放入洗好的糯米拌匀,加刚过面的水,照正常方法煮就OK了。最后出锅的时候加入原先切好的香葱芫西。
