Ingredients:

  Black sesame150g, white sesame 100g,Sticky rice100g,Soybeans50g,Red beans50g,Brown rice30g, 30g of rock sugar.

Preparation:

Wash and drain all ingredients (except rock sugar) thoroughly, then dry them completely before use.

Instructions:

1. After cleaning and drying the wok, place it on the fire and heat it (without adding oil). Pour in black and white sesame seeds and slowly heat over low heat until the sesame seeds are cooked and fragrant, then pour them out to cool.

2. Then pour in sticky rice and brown rice into the wok and slowly dry-fry until cooked and fragrant, then pour them out to cool.

3. Next, pour in red beans and soybeans into the wok and slowly cook and fry until fragrant, then pour them out to cool.

4. Pour all the cooked ingredients into a food processor, add rock sugar, and pulse until a fine powder is formed, which is the nutritious sesame paste.

A few extra notes:

1. The finished sesame paste can be stored in a glass jar and sealed, and to eat, simply take out an appropriate amount and mix with hot water until smooth. If cooked again, it will be even smoother.
