方法步骤
1.在肉馅中加适量盐、鸡精、水与之混合,顺着一个方向用力搅拌,拌匀待用。
2.将尖椒洗净,去蒂及籽,将拌好的肉馅填入尖椒中。将香醋、白糖、酱油、料酒勾兑成汁。
3.锅烧热,放微量的油,投入尖椒用小火煎至表皮出现斑点时,放入油煸炒一下,烹入勾兑好的汁炒匀,盖上锅盖大火烧1分钟,即可出锅。
