家常虎皮尖椒的做法
食材准备
尖椒8个,大葱1根,酱油30毫升,醋40毫升,糖20克,食用油20毫升。
方法步骤
1.青椒切5cm左右长的段,葱斜刀切1cm左右厚的段,备用。
2.炒锅烧热,加入食用油,把切好的尖椒下进去,中小火煸炒到青辣椒变色,表皮出现焦黄的虎皮。
3.加入葱段转大火,煸炒2分钟。然后加酱油、糖,盖好盖子小火煮3分钟,出锅烹醋,醋味儿挥发20秒后起锅。
