豆腐鱼片汤

豆腐1盒,净青鱼150克,鸡毛菜30克,鸡蛋清1个,精盐、胡椒粉各1/3小匙,味精、鸡精各1/2小匙,淀粉、料酒、香油各1小匙,鲜汤1000克。
方法步骤
1.将豆腐洗净,沥水,切成厚片;鸡毛菜择洗干净,沥干水分。
2.将青鱼片成片,放入容器中,加入精盐、料酒、味精、鸡蛋清、淀粉腌渍入味。
3.锅中加入鲜汤,先下入豆腐片略煮,再放入所有调料烧沸,然后下入鱼片、鸡毛菜烧熟,出锅装碗即可。
