香菇豆腐鱼

鲜香菇50克,带鱼800克,豆腐100克,鸡蛋1个,食用油、酱油、盐、醋、白糖、料酒、葱姜蒜、大料各适量。
方法步骤
1.带鱼去头洗净切段,香菇洗净切丁,豆腐切丁,鸡蛋打散成蛋液。
2.锅中倒油烧热,加入表面蘸上蛋液的带鱼段略炸至表面金黄时捞出。
3.将炸好的带鱼放入高压锅中,加入水、酱油、盐、醋、白糖、料酒、葱姜蒜、大料压30分钟。
4.另坐锅上火,加少许油倒入香菇煸炒,再加入压好的鱼和汤,将豆腐倒入锅中,炖至汤白即可。
