干辣土豆鸡块的做法

鸡肉500克,土豆250克,色拉油30克,盐3克,葱段10克,姜片5克,酱油8克,料酒10克,干辣椒节50克。
方法步骤
1.将土豆去皮洗净,切小方块;鸡肉洗净,切块;用葱段、盐,料酒,酱油腌渍10-15分钟。
2.锅内放入油烧热,再放入葱段、姜片、酱油、鸡块翻炒上色,再放入土豆块翻炒片刻。
