土豆鸡块的家常做法
食材准备
鸡块300克,土豆150克,青椒块、红椒块各20克,姜片、蒜片各适量,干辣椒段10克,于淀粉、胡椒粉、水淀粉各少许,盐、生抽、鸡精各3克,花椒、料酒、白糖各适量。
方法步骤
1.土豆去皮洗净,切块。
2.鸡块加干淀粉、胡椒粉、少许盐、生抽、鸡精、料酒腌渍后滑油,捞出。
3.放入土豆块炸至金黄色,捞出沥油。
4.锅留底油,烧热,放入花椒、干辣椒段、姜片、蒜片炒香。
5.放入青椒块、红椒块炒香,放入土豆块略炒。
6.倒入鸡块,加盐、生抽、鸡精、白糖炒匀即可。
