茭白500克,牛肉300克,大蒜、姜、精盐、生粉、胡椒粉、生抽、味精、植物油各适量。
方法步骤
1.分别将茭白、牛肉洗净,切片;将牛肉放人碗中,调入适量生粉、胡椒粉、味精、生抽拌匀,上浆备用,大蒜切小粒;姜切丝。
2.在锅中加入适量植物油烧热,爆香蒜粒,放入茭白炒熟,加精盐炒匀,盛出备用。
3.锅中留底油烧热,爆香姜丝,用大火炒熟牛肉,将茭白放入牛肉中炒匀,入味即可。
