鸡翅尖的做法:泡椒翅尖
食材准备
鸭翅尖250克,泡椒浸汁1份。
方法步骤
1.把鸭翅尖的杂毛去掉,清洗干净。
2.把鸭翅尖放入开水里用慢火煮10分钟,再熄火20分钟。
3.捞出后碑凉水30分钟。把碑水后的鸭翅尖放入白醋中浸泡30分钟,捞出后再碑凉水2-3小时,捞出后沥干水分,备用。
4.把备好的鸭翅尖放入准备好的泡椒浸汁里,用保鲜纸封好口,放入冰箱里冷藏至第二天即可。
