鱼头1个、辣椒2个、葱1根、姜1块、酱油10克、料酒8克、食用油50毫升、盐3克、味精2克。
方法步骤
1.辣椒洗净切圈,鱼头从中间剖开成两半,葱切段,姜切丝。
2.锅中注油烧热,放入鱼头炸至金黄色,捞出。锅内留少许油,爆香葱段、姜丝。
3.调入酱油、料酒、盐、味精,放入鱼头烧15分钟至入味,即可出锅。
