3. Heat a lot of oil in a pan, add bell peppers and stir-fry until softened;4. When the oil is 70% hot, add chicken; stir-fry until browned, and remove;5. Add scallops, blanch in the pan, and remove;

6. In a clean pan, heat a little oil, sauté green onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, then add chicken, bell peppers, and scallops, and stir-fry until cooked;

7. Add light soy sauce, scallop juice, sugar, cooking wine, a little salt, and water starch, and stir-fry until well combined.
