Green onionsStir-fried sea snails

IngredientsPreparation
200g sea snails, 100g green onions, 8g salt,vinegar,5g,MSG,3g,ginger,10g, garlic 5g,soy sauce,5g (maximum 5g), cornstarch 20g,pepper5g.
Instructions
1. Clean and cut the sea snails into segments, wash and cut the green onions into segments for later use.
2. Boil water in a pot, add the sea snails and blanch for 3 seconds, then remove and rinse.
3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, salt, pepper, cornstarch, MSG, and sesame oil.
4. When the oil in the pot is 80% hot, add minced ginger and garlic to sizzle, then pour in vinegar.
5. Add green onions and sea snails, pour in the seasoning and stir-fry quickly, then remove from heat.
Tips
When buying sea snails, choose those with thick meat.
Cold sea snail preparation

Ingredients
300g sea snails,coriander,20g, garlic 10g, vinegar 10g, rice wine 5g, MSG 1g, salt 2g, sesame oil 5g, white sugar 5g.
Instructions
1. Select sea snails with thick meat, wash and remove the internal organs, then cut into segments.2. Wash and chop coriander and garlic, then boil water in a pot.3. When the water temperature reaches about 90 degrees, blanch the sea snails, then cool and drain.
4. Add vinegar, rice wine, salt, sugar, coriander, and minced garlic, then mix and eat.
Tips
Since it is to be eaten cold, the sea snails must be thoroughly washed.
