鸡脯肉350克,火龙果150克,彩椒10克,鸡蛋清30克,干淀粉15克,葱丝、姜丝各5克,盐3克,白糖2克,鸡精2克。
方法步骤
1.火龙果去皮取肉,切条;彩椒洗净切条。
2.将鸡脯肉切成薄片,用蛋清、盐、干淀粉拌匀上浆。
3.锅内加油烧至四成热,放入鸡肉片滑油,待发白断生时倒出沥油。
4.原锅留底油烧热,放入葱、姜煸炒,加入鸡肉片、彩椒翻炒。
5.加入盐、白糖、鸡精调味,再加入火龙果条炒匀,出锅即可。
