Steps

2. Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat it to about 240 degrees.
3. Slowly scoop the hot oil into the bowl with a spoon. Scoop in half of the oil and stir.
4. When the remaining oil in the pot cools to about 150 degrees, pour it into the bowl and stir evenly.
