1. Grind the roasted peanuts, white sesame seeds, and chili flakes separately.
2. In a pot, add some water and salt, then pour in the vegetable oil and heat until it reaches 40-50% heat, then reduce the heat.
3. Then add star anise, bay leaves, and Sichuan peppercorns and fry for 2 minutes. Remove and fry scallions and ginger for 3 minutes, then remove.

Ingredients
100g chili flakes, 80g ground peanuts, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 150ml oil, half a teaspoon of salt, a little sugar.
Method
1. Mix sugar, salt, chili flakes, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
2. Pour oil into a pot, add peanuts, heat over medium heat, and turn off the heat when the peanuts turn yellow.
3. Wait for the oil to cool for half a minute, then pour into the bowl containing chili flakes, and stir well.
Tips
