The amount consumed varies depending on the individual. Normal childbirth: consume for 7 days consecutively. Cesarean section: consume for 14 days consecutively. Those with weak constitutions and poor recovery: consume for 3 weeks consecutively. Drink 30ml before each meal.
Effects of Sheng Hua Tang

Sheng Hua Tang is primarily used by women postpartum to treat postpartum discomfort, such as ineffective lochia, abdominal coldness and pain, and blood clots. It is not suitable for women with postpartum fever and blood stagnation.
It is also not recommended to consume Sheng Hua Tang for too long or in excessive amounts. After two weeks postpartum, it should be discontinued.
