青豆烧茄子的做法
食材准备
青豆200克,茄子200克,蒜末、葱段各少许,盐3克,鸡粉2克,生抽6毫升,水淀粉、食用油各适量。
方法步骤
1.茄子洗净切丁;锅中注水烧开,加适量盐、油,倒入青豆煮约1分钟捞出沥干。
2.油锅烧至五成热倒入茄子丁炸至微黄,捞出。
3.锅底留油,放入蒜末、葱段爆香,倒入青豆、茄子丁快速炒勺加入少许盐、鸡粉调味。
4.淋入少许生抽翻炒至食材熟软,再倒入适量水淀粉,开大火翻炒至食材熟透即成。
