番茄烧茄子的家常做法
食材准备
番茄2个,茄子200克,蒜适量,盐、生抽各适量,白糖少许。
方法步骤
1.茄子洗净,撕小块;番茄洗净,切块;蒜去皮,切末。
2.锅置火上,加油烧热,放入茄子块,翻炒至茄子发软。
3.加入番茄块,再加入适量清水炒匀。煮至番茄出汁,然后加入白糖、盐、生抽调味,最后撒入蒜末即可。
小贴士
做这道菜的时候要比做其他的菜多放油,因为茄子相对来说比较吃油,但是也不要过多,以免菜肴过于油腻。
