低筋面粉200克,巧克力50克,板栗馅100克,转化糖浆150克,枧水2克,鸡蛋1个,花生油50毫升。
方法步骤
1.巧克力隔热融化,转化糖浆里加入视水拌匀后再加入花生油拌均匀。
2.倒入低筋面粉和巧克力浆成团,静置1小时,作为饼皮,将饼皮分成30克一份。
3.取1小份搓成圆形,包进板栗馅,将搓圆的粉团放入模具里,在模具上向下按压出来。
4.放入预热好的烤箱中,箱温200℃5分钟后,将月饼取出,均匀地扫上一层蛋液,再重新放回烤箱里烤15分钟即可。
