蘑菇瘦肉粥怎么做好吃

大米150克,猪瘦肉100克,鲜蘑菇15克,精盐1小匙,味精、香油各适量。
方法步骤
1.将鲜蘑菇去蒂,用清水洗净,放入沸水锅内煮5分钟,捞一出过凉,沥净水分,切成末。
2.猪瘦肉去除筋膜,洗净血污,沥净水分,切成碎末,加上少许精盐和香油拌匀。
3.净锅置火上,加入适量清水,先放入大米、蘑菇碎末煮,至粥将熟时。
