猪肝瘦肉粥的做法
食材准备
水发大米160克,猪肝90克,瘦肉75克,生菜叶30克,姜丝、葱花各少许,盐、料洒、水淀粉、食用油各适量。
方法步骤
1.将瘦肉洗净切丝;处理好的猪肝切片;生菜叶洗净切成细丝,待用。
2.猪肝装碗中,加入盐、料酒、水淀粉,食用油,腌渍10分钟,至其入味,备用。
3.锅中注水烧热,放入洗净的大米,搅匀,中火煮约20分钟至大米变软,倒入瘦肉丝,搅匀。
4.小火续煮20分钟至熟,倒入猪肝,搅拌片刻。
5.撒上姜丝,搅匀,放入生菜丝、盐,搅匀盛出,撒上葱花即可。
