牛奶玉米饼的家常做法
食材准备
玉米面150克,白面50克,牛奶250克,酵母粉5克,白糖25克。
方法步骤
1.将玉米面和白面放入盆中拌匀。
2.用温牛奶化开酵母粉,倒入盆中拌匀,再加入白糖拌匀,成为稠面糊。
3.盖上保鲜膜,放温暖处发酵,看到面糊表面产生气泡,面糊稍微膨起,就是发酵好了。
4.平底锅置火上烧热,放薄油,用小勺舀一勺玉米面糊倒入锅中,用勺背轻压饼面使其圆滑,用中小火将两面都煎成金黄色即可。
