Crispy Fried Onion Rings:

1. Prepare two onions, slice them, and extract the rings (remember not to include the core of the onion!)


2. The ratio of flour to cornstarch is 7:3 powder; add cheese powder, baking powder, butter, a little salt, MSG, and chicken bouillon powder; if there is no butter, you can use salad oil, and if there is no baking powder, regular flour will do!,


3. Mix all the prepared ingredients with cold water, making sure not to make it too thin but rather thick; dip each onion ring in the batter, then coat them in bread crumbs, and set aside,


4. Heat oil in a pot until it is 70% hot, add the coated onion rings for pre-frying, remove them after frying, and heat the oil again to fry the previously fried onion rings once more; this process of double-frying gives the onion rings their crispy texture.
