Youbao yurén's preparation:

1. Slaughter the black fish and clean it, slice out the net flesh weighing 350 grams, cut into strips 2.5 cm long and 0.5 cm thick;use egg white, wet cornstarch,saltand MSG, cooking wine to marinate well;

2. Cut the green and red chilies into strips measuring 5 cm in length and 0.3 cm in width respectively;
