2 bowls of broth,soy sauce1 and a half teaspoons, oil 1 tablespoon.
Cut the wrapped tofu into pieces, and one piece into tofu paste;the whites of the eggs are separated from the yolks;fish meat, shrimp meat, leanporkcut into minced pieces;2 bowls of broth brought to a boil with 1 teaspoon of salt, add fish, shrimp, and pork, simmer until cooked through, strain to make seafood meat broth.
Whisk the chicken whites until frothy, then strain them using a fine mesh sieve.Add the tofu pieces into the seafood meat broth, stir well, then mix in the whipped egg whites together.
3. Remove any foam from the surface,Steamuntil steam starts to rise, continue steaming on low heat for 5 minutes.
4. After removing the lid to release excess steam, cover again and continue steaming on low heat for another 5 minutes until the egg is fully cooked.
5. Heat soy sauce with an equal amount of water to a boil, add as desired when serving.
