How to make peanut braised pig's tail:

1. Wash the pig's tail, cut into pieces.

2. In a pot, add oil, stir-fry sugar color, then add the pig's tail and stir-fry evenly, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add peanuts and stir-fry for a moment, followed by adding bay leaves and star anisechili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly, add a small bowl of rice wine and stir-fry evenly, finally add water to cook until the sauce thickens, then add monosodium glutamate for seasoning.
